We stayed for two nights in a Standard Double Room and enjoyed our time. The hotel offers lovely views of the river, and it was great having a balcony to relax with our young baby. The room was comfortable, clean, and well-equipped for our family.

In my wife's opinion, the breakfast options could have been better. More variety would make it easier for families to find suitable foods for children.

The staff were super nice and really helpful, made us feel welcome right at the entrance. The room was clean but kinda outdated. We loved the dining, especially the bar area, but it got super crowded at happy hour. The pool was a hit with the kiddos, but the steam room's often full. Could use a bit more space for everyone!

Comfortable room, convenient amenities, with a lovely gym and pool that were immaculate during my stay and easy access to transportation options like the nearby Reading Rail Station providing quick links to central London.

my stay at crowne plaza was enjoyable. the breakfast was very good, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. the location is also great, with the gorge cafe directly across the road offering tasty cooked breakfasts for just 3.85. i loved the fitness facilities, especially the reviving health club and spa.
